This website is intended for commercial buyers, restaurant and hotel operators, and institutional procurement. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated.
Full payment is required before dispatch for standard orders. Corporate accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms subject to credit approval. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
All warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Horeca Equipment Co. acts as an authorized dealer and facilitates warranty claims. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from equipment failure. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, modification, or acts of God.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for loss of business, loss of profits, or indirect damages resulting from equipment failure or delayed delivery. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Karachi, Sindh. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
