We deliver to all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi (primary), Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. For remote or smaller cities, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and delivery timeframes.
Karachi Standard (3–5 working days): ₨800. Karachi Express (1–2 working days): ₨1,500. Other Major Cities – Standard: ₨2,000. Other Major Cities – Express: ₨3,500. FREE delivery within Karachi on orders above ₨50,000. Oversized or extra-heavy equipment may attract additional freight charges which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
In-stock items in Karachi: 1–5 working days. In-stock items in other cities: 3–10 working days. Import/special-order items: 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom fabricated items: 7–14 working days. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
Free basic installation is provided within Karachi for single-phase equipment on orders above ₨100,000. Three-phase and gas-connected equipment installation requires a site inspection before scheduling. Installation outside Karachi incurs travel and labor charges. Our team will contact you 24 hours before the scheduled installation date.
For equipment weighing over 100 kg (walk-in coolers, large deck ovens, industrial dishwashers), specialized freight handling is required. Please ensure adequate access at your site (wide doorways, service elevator, or ground-floor access). Additional unloading charges may apply for high-rise or difficult-access locations.
